The Role
We’re on the hunt for a Medical Receptionist/Patient Coordinator who’s equal parts organiser, communicator, and sales star. If you thrive on multi-tasking, love connecting with people, and can confidently guide patients towards the right treatment packages — we want to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Be the warm, professional welcome every patient remembers.
• Manage appointments — in person, online and by phone — with efficiency and care.
• Confidently explain our treatment options, packages and pricing, and close sales with honesty and enthusiasm.
• Liaise smoothly with our doctors and other therapists to ensure the best possible patient experience.
• Handle payments, invoices and daily summaries with precision.
• Keep the clinic running like clockwork, including managing records, calls, emails, room bookings, and supplies.
• Support the team with a can-do attitude and a smile, no matter how busy the day gets.
What You Bring to the Table
• Minimum 3 years’ experience — ideally in a medical or wellness setting, though top-tier reception or sales experience will be considered.
• Fluent in English (and ideally, Arabic), with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, the kind of person who spots what others miss.
• A natural multitasker who keeps calm under pressure.
• Professional and well-presented
• Discreet - you understand the importance of patient confidentiality.
• Flexible and willing to travel between our two clinics when needed.
• Most importantly: you love people, and you know how to turn good service into lasting relationships and sales.
