Office Allrounder
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Back Up Office Allrounder to support our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves comprehensive back office support and handling inbound calls. We value a gentle, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a wide range of back office tasks and administrative support.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide support across various departments when needed.
Maintain organized and efficient documentation and record-keeping.
Assist with AI-related tasks and use Canvas for design or data presentation, as required.
Deliver timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in back office operations.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are highly appreciated.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI tools and Canvas.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Neat and professional appearance with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
