Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company's products to retail partners, distributors, and B2B clients. This role involves regular field visits, negotiation of commercial terms, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and account servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular visits to retail outlets and partner locations to monitor product placement, stock levels, and promotional execution
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements within company guidelines
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to support order delivery and campaign execution
• Track sales performance against targets and prepare regular reports for management
• Gather market and competitor insights to inform sales strategy
• Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally
• Representing the company at trade shows, client meetings, and promotional events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food & beverage, or retail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; CRM experience a plus
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
