Golden Gateway Real Estate is a fast-growing brokerage in Dubai, specializing in off-plan property sales with top developers. We are looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Executives who have experience or strong interest in off-plan projects and are ready to succeed in a high-performance environment.
Key responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
Generate leads through calls, social media, and networking
Conduct client consultations and project presentations
Stay updated with new project launches, payment plans, and market trends
Build long-term relationships with investors and end-users
Follow up with leads and close deals efficiently
Requirements:
Experience in off-plan real estate sales is a strong advantage
Background in sales, tele-sales, or customer service is acceptable
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Confident, presentable, and target-driven
Ability to work in a commission-only structure
Knowledge of Dubai real estate developers and projects is a plus
