We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales opportunities, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and relationship-building. The role requires a proactive approach, strong sales skills, and the ability to achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
a) Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote company products and services.
b) Identify customer needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
c) Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
d) Follow up on inquiries, leads, and potential opportunities in a timely manner.
e) Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
f) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
g) Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
h) Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
i) Provide regular reports and feedback on sales activities and customer requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
a) Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar sales role is preferred.
b) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
c) Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
d) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
e) Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
f) Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
g) High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is an advantage.
