Royal Maison is seeking a confident, organized, and proactive Client Relations & Business Development Executive to join our Dubai office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming inquiries, maintaining relationships with existing clients, reactivating previous clients, and conducting outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to new client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and website forms
• Qualify and follow up with new leads
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems
• Reactivate previous clients and maintain long-term relationships
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, and ongoing recruitment assignments
• Build and nurture strong relationships with families, professionals, and corporate clients
• Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure excellent client service
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
• Ensure no lead or inquiry is left unattended
Requirements:
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
• Experience in client relations, recruitment, hospitality, luxury services, customer service, or business development is preferred
• CRM experience is an advantage
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Speed of lead response
• Number of outbound calls completed
• Number of appointments and consultations booked
• Client reactivations achieved
• Revenue generated from managed accounts
• CRM accuracy and follow-up completion
