We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Sales Coordinator/Customer Care Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate effectively between customers, sales team, and operations team
• Ensure smooth communication and timely support to customers
• Follow up on sales activities, service requests, and operational requirements
• Maintain proper coordination to achieve customer satisfaction
• Be flexible and available to support customers whenever required
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Urdu
• Previous experience with any CRM or ERP software will be an added advantage
• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply
