📍 Location: Dubai (must already be living in the UAE)
🕐 Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
💰 Package: 7,000 AED starting → 10,000 AED post-probation + uncapped commission
🎯 Realistic OTE: 15,000 – 20,000 AED/month (top earners exceed this)

We’re one of Dubai’s fastest-growing sales operations, working with leading clients across the UK and Europe. Right now we’re scaling — fast — and we’re looking for ambitious British sales talent who want to get in early, earn well, and grow with us.
This isn’t a job where you’ll be lost in a sea of 500 employees. You’ll be part of a tight, driven team where your performance is seen, rewarded, and remembered. The people joining us now are the people who’ll be leading teams, running floors, and shaping the business as we expand.
The Opportunity
You’ll be speaking to customers across the UK every day — building rapport, pitching premium products, and closing deals over the phone. You’ll start on the floor where the money is made, mastering the craft, hitting your numbers, and stacking commission.
For the right people, this is a launchpad. We’re growing aggressively, which means real career paths into senior sales, team leadership, account management, and beyond — based on performance, not politics or how long you’ve been sitting at a desk.
* Speak with UK-based customers daily and convert them into clients
• Master a proven sales process and refine your craft alongside experienced closers
• Hit targets, earn uncapped commission, and watch your income climb month on month

You’ll Thrive Here If You Are
• Currently living in Dubai (applications from outside the UAE won’t be considered)
• A native or fluent British English speaker — your voice is your edge
• Hungry, money-motivated, and competitive by nature
• Resilient on the phones — you don’t take “no” personally
• Ready to start within 1–2 weeks
• Someone who wants more than just a paycheque — you want to build something
Previous sales experience is a strong plus, but we’ve seen the right attitude beat experience time and again. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll teach you the rest.
