We’re looking for a skilled Sales Consultant Specialist to join our team
Location: Dubai, UAE
About Us
We are a leading firm specializing in immigration and legal services, delivering tailored solutions to clients worldwide. As part of our growth, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team and support our expanding client base.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable immigration and legal solutions
• Present company services clearly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of client engagement
• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Maintain accurate client records, leads, and updates in the CRM system
• Coordinate closely with processing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs
• Stay informed about immigration programs, regulatory updates, and market trends
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant sales experience
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration, legal services, real estate, or financial services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Arabic
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Professional appearance and strong client-handling skills
