Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our most valuable clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications

Track record of achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
