📢 WE ARE HIRING – FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE
Industry: Baby & Family Photography
Location: Dubai, UAE Business Bay
Position: Female Sales Executive
Age: Maximum 35 years
Language: Arabic is mandatory; good English communication is required
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and target-driven Female Sales Executive to join our baby photography company.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle approximately 20–30 new leads per day
• Respond to every new lead within 5 minutes during working hours
• Follow up consistently with potential customers until the booking is closed
• Convert enquiries into confirmed photography bookings
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and confirmed bookings
• Communicate professionally with mothers and families via WhatsApp, phone and social media
• Follow up with previous and existing customers for repeat bookings
• Post daily content and Stories on social media
• Respond to social-media enquiries and maintain active customer engagement
We Are Looking for Someone Who Is:
✓ Female and fluent in Arabic
✓ Maximum 35 years old
✓ Strong in sales, follow-up and closing
✓ Extremely responsive and organised
✓ Comfortable working with daily and monthly targets
✓ Passionate about sales and motivated by results
✓ Confident communicating with customers by phone and WhatsApp
✓ Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of enquiries
✓ Experienced with Instagram and other social-media platforms
✓ Responsible, disciplined and consistent with follow-ups
This is a performance-focused sales position. The successful candidate must be comfortable handling a high volume of leads, responding quickly and actively working toward sales targets every day.
