Sales & Lead Follow-Up Executive – Interior Fit-Out

APlus Interior Building Contracting LLC is looking for a motivated and highly organised Sales & Lead Follow-Up Executive to manage enquiries generated through Meta advertising, Instagram, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting new leads promptly, understanding their renovation requirements, qualifying potential clients, arranging meetings or site visits and consistently following up until the opportunity is converted or closed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact incoming leads quickly by phone and WhatsApp
• Understand the client’s property, scope, budget and expected timeline
• Qualify leads for villa renovation, apartment renovation, interior fit-out and maintenance services
• Arrange meetings, office consultations and site inspections
• Maintain accurate lead records using CRM and Google Sheets
• Follow up consistently after meetings, site visits and quotation submissions
• Coordinate with estimators, engineers and project teams
• Keep every lead’s status and next action updated
• Build professional relationships with potential clients
• Achieve agreed appointment, follow-up and sales-conversion targets
• Provide regular reports on enquiries, appointments, quotations and conversions
Requirements:
• Previous sales, telesales, lead-management or customer-service experience in the UAE
• Experience in interior design, fit-out, renovation, construction or real estate is strongly preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident and professional telephone and WhatsApp communication
• Strong follow-up, organisation and record-keeping skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand client requirements and identify serious opportunities
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work without constant supervision
• Arabic or additional languages would be an advantage
• UAE driving licence would be an advantage but is not mandatory
This is not purely an administrative position. We need a proactive salesperson who takes ownership of every enquiry, follows up consistently and works to convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.
