Sales Manager – Short-Term & Monthly Rentals
We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for maximizing occupancy and rental revenue across our portfolio of holiday homes.
Key responsibilities:
* Handle incoming rental inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Manage short-term and monthly rental sales.
* Monitor market prices and competitors to ensure competitive rental rates.
* Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and rental partners.
* Promote available units and actively fill vacant dates and booking gaps.
* Follow up with potential clients and existing guests regarding extensions.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s available properties, pricing, and rental conditions.
* Work toward monthly occupancy, booking, and revenue targets.
