ROLES & Responsebilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, effectively presenting product features and benefits to drive sales.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product line to answer customer queries and overcome objections.
Achieve monthly sales targets by employing persuasive communication techniques and strategic follow-ups.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundation in sales principles.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role to demonstrate a proven track record of success.
Industry-specific experience in telecommunications, finance, or software sales is highly advantageous.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills Hindi Punjabi Malyali Tamil Etc significant asset.
