We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our robotics showroom. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors, demonstrating robots, understanding customer requirements, and converting inquiries into sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage walk-in customers professionally.
Demonstrate the features and capabilities of service, educational, hospitality, and commercial robots.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable robotic solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain the showroom to ensure products are clean, operational, and attractively displayed.
Coordinate product demonstrations, trials, and presentations.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Assist with showroom events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Stay informed about new robotic products, technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, or technology sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident in demonstrating products to individuals and groups.
Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of robotics, electronics, or technology products is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Preferred Skills
Passion for robotics and emerging technologies.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language.
