General Manager – Import & Export Trading
Company: 100K Tobacco Trading – F.Z.C.
Location: Ajman Free Zone, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
About Us
100K Tobacco Trading – F.Z.C. is a UAE-based trading company engaged in international import and export. We are building a professional trading organization with a long-term vision and are looking for a dynamic General Manager to establish and lead our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's business strategy.
Identify and onboard international suppliers and customers.
Manage import/export documentation, shipping, customs, and logistics.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Recruit, train, and supervise employees as the business grows.
Coordinate with finance for budgeting, cash flow, and VAT compliance.
Ensure compliance with UAE laws and Free Zone regulations.
Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for management.
Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in trading, import/export, FMCG, tobacco, food products, or related industries.
Proven experience in business development and B2B sales.
Strong knowledge of UAE import/export procedures and international trade.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and build a business from the ground up.
Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
