Requirements:

• Zoho CRM experience is required
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage customer inquiries professionally
• Good computer knowledge, CRM handling, and data entry skills
• Experience in optical, retail, healthcare, or service industry will be an advantage
• Must be polite, responsible, and customer-focused
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-store communication
• Maintain customer records and follow-up data in Zoho CRM
• Support customer satisfaction and after-sales service
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Manage complaints and provide quick solutions
