About the Role
Sixonyx is a womenswear brand created in Dubai. We are looking for a strong Sales Associate / Fashion Consultant who loves sales, knows how to build relationships with clients, and wants to grow together with the brand.
The role includes both in-boutique sales and online communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service in the boutique
- Assist clients with sizing, styling, and product selection
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
- Respond to clients via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Guide clients from the first message through to purchase
- Work with the cash register / POS system
- Maintain order, visual merchandising, and boutique presentation
- Monitor product stock and participate in inventory checks
- Maintain a high level of service for regular and VIP clients
Requirements
- Excellent command of Russian
- Fluent spoken English is required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; fashion retail experience is an advantage
- Experience with premium clients is welcome
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell both in person and through messaging
- Responsibility, initiative, and motivation to earn
- Well-groomed appearance and a good sense of style
- Ability to start in the near future is an advantage
Conditions
Working Schedule:
2/2, from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
Approximately 15 working days per month
Salary:
AED 6,000–7,000 per month
