Brand & Client Relations Manager (Luxury Jewellery)
We are seeking a polished, organised, and proactive Brand & Client Relations Manager to support the daily operations of our luxury jewellery. Working this role focuses on client communication, coordination, and overall brand organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a boutique luxury environment and being closely involved in the growth of a high-jewellery brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Support client communication and coordination
• Assist with organising meetings, appointments, and brand activities
• Help coordinate events and client experiences
• Support day-to-day brand operations and organisation
• Liaise with external partners and service providers
• Maintain client records and assist with general administration
Requirements
• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, hospitality, or client-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented
• Reliable, discreet, and proactive
• Comfortable working closely with a founder-led brand
