We are looking for a highly motivated General Manager for our premium flower business in Dubai.
The business has been operating successfully for over 3 years and is one of the recognizable floral brands in the market. We are searching for someone who can help manage daily operations, improve organization, increase sales, and grow the brand further.
Responsibilities:
* Replying to customers on Instagram and WhatsApp
* Accepting and processing flower orders
* Coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth operations
* Managing staff and daily workflow
* Posting Instagram stories, posts, and helping grow social media presence
* Communicating with clients in English
* Helping grow the business through new ideas, marketing, and better organization
* Supervising customer service quality and order fulfillment
* Assisting with procurement and operational tasks when needed
Requirements:
* Good English communication skills
* Experience in management, retail, hospitality, or flower business is a plus
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Understanding of Instagram and social media
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Responsible, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
