THE DEAL
AED 5,000 to 7,000 base, plus uncapped commission on every bike you sell. On target you make AED 10,000 a month. Employment visa and medical insurance. 10am to 8pm, six days a week, Mondays off. Umm Ramool, Dubai. Two seats. Start by 10 November.
WHO WE ARE
AK Bikes is the UAE's largest pre-owned bicycle shop. We buy premium branded bikes, refurbish them in our own workshop, and sell them as AK Certified. 1,600 bikes sold. 250 in stock right now. A second location on the way. People come to us because we are honest about what a used bike is worth. You are the person they meet.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take every walk-in and the 5 to 6 booked appointments a day. Find out what they ride, their size, their budget and what the bike is for. Then match and close.
- Run test rides and explain what AK Certified means.
- Add the helmet, lights and lock. Four in ten of your sales should leave with an add-on.
- Do the handover and basic fit yourself. The mechanics stay in the workshop.
- Log every deal in the tracker the same day, with notes. No notes, no commission.
- Discount up to 10% on your own call. Above that, ask Ahmed, the shop manager.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYS
You close without help. Four in ten sales carry an accessory. Your tracker is complete every day. Zero late marks.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
- You have sold face to face for two years or more: cars, phones, sports gear or bikes.
- Your English is clear and confident. Arabic, Hindi, Urdu or Tagalog is a plus.
- You are presentable, on time, and you tell the team before shift start if anything changes.
- You follow up. You do not drop leads.
- You take ownership. No blaming the customer, the stock or the weather.
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
- You want a fixed salary and no pressure.
- You do not like being measured.
- You think weekends are for resting. Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days.
We teach you bikes. We do not teach attitude.
