Sales Officer – Job Description
Experience: 2–5 years
Preferred: Experience in the jewellery industry
Responsibilities:
Handle sales and assist customers with product selection.
Develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain knowledge of jewellery products, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements:
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in jewellery.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
