Position: Female Sales Officer – Housemaid Services
Location: Mirdiff, Dubai, UAE
Industry: Domestic Worker / Housemaid Services
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Officer to join our team and drive sales of housemaid and domestic worker services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell housemaid service packages to customers
• Generate new leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports
• Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth customer service
Requirements:
• UAE sales experience preferred, preferably in domestic worker, recruitment, manpower, or service-related industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of the UAE market and customer expectations
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage
