We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Section Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee daily operations within an assigned department or section. Reporting to the Department Manager or Store Manager, the successful candidate will lead frontline staff, maintain standards within their section, and ensure it runs smoothly through every shift.
The core of the role is daily section supervision. The Section Supervisor opens or prepares the section ahead of trading, checks stock levels, pricing accuracy, and presentation against store standards, and monitors the section throughout the shift to catch and correct issues — empty shelves, misplaced items, pricing errors — before they affect the customer. The supervisor remains visibly present and hands-on within the section rather than managing only from the side.
