Sales Executive – HECSTASY

HECSTASY is a Dubai-based healthy meal subscription brand focused on providing fresh, tasty, convenient, and affordable daily meals to individuals and working professionals.
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is energetic, confident, and customer-focused to drive customer acquisition and grow our monthly meal subscription business.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new customers through direct sales, WhatsApp, Instagram, social media, and networking.
* Promote HECSTASY monthly meal subscription plans and convert enquiries into paid subscriptions.
* Approach offices, residential communities, gyms, bachelors, and working professionals to generate leads.
* Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Explain meal plans, pricing, offers, and subscription benefits clearly.
* Maintain daily sales and lead records.
* Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
* Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve sales.
* Support promotional campaigns and referral programs.
* Coordinate with the kitchen/operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales and convincing abilities.
* Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
* Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and social media.
* Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
* Candidates who are comfortable with field sales and meeting customers are preferred.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Compensation
