Job title field: Sales Consultant — Fitness & Martial Arts Club
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (On-site)
A well-established fitness and martial arts club in Al Taawun, Sharjah is hiring Sales Consultants.
If you can hold a real conversation, ask good questions and close without pressure, we want to talk to you. Gym experience is useful but not essential. We will teach you the product in two weeks.
One of these positions covers our ladies-only section and kids programmes.
THE ROLE
Respond to every enquiry within 5 minutes during your shift
Book, confirm and run club tours built on understanding the member, not on price
Close memberships and personal training packages
Capture at least two referrals with every sale
Daily field activity around the club: residential towers, offices, neighbouring retail
Follow up trial users within 24 hours and support renewals
Log every interaction in the CRM the same day
YOU WILL NEED
1 to 3 years in face-to-face sales: retail, telecom, aesthetic clinics, hotel memberships, insurance or fitness
Fluent Arabic and English; Urdu, Hindi or Malayalam is a real advantage
Based in Sharjah or nearby, and able to start at short notice
