We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Dubai. This is a full-time, hybrid position where you will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. You will be presenting Spectronix's comprehensive recruitment services to potential clients, attending industry events, and driving revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment, contributing directly to our success in healthcare recruitment across the UAE.

## What You'll Do
* Strategically identify, approach, and engage potential healthcare clients, including private clinics, hospitals, and medical centers in Dubai and across the UAE.
* Conduct compelling presentations of Spectronix Healthcare Consultancy's services, showcasing our value proposition and recruitment expertise.
* Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads, from initial contact through to successful conversion and ongoing account management.
* Actively participate in industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings to represent Spectronix and generate new connections.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business within the Dubai healthcare landscape.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and align sales strategies with talent acquisition capabilities.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's growth in the competitive GCC healthcare market.
