* Identifying potential clients through cold calling, networking, field visits and research to build a robust pipeline.
* Delivering services presentation, demonstrating value, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
* Understanding the requirements of client and preparing our services proposal.
* Negotiating contract terms and pricing to close sales and achieve set targets.
* Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities.
* Track work progress with accounting team at our office, maintain accurate records, and report on performance.
* Providing insights into market trends, economic conditions, and competitive analysis to influence business strategies.
* Fulfilling clients all requirement pertaining to accounts and tax remotely as well as on site whenever needed or requested by the clients.
* Performing day to day, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks of various clients.
* Preparing financial statements, MIS reports, receivable – payable aging reports, cash & bank reconciliations, general ledgers, month end provisions, prepaid - accrual calculations and adjustments, fixed asset register and depreciation calculations, data entry in accounting system for clients.
* Ensuring that clients are maintaining their transaction records in accordance with UAE taxes and updating them new rules & regulations related to UAE taxes.
* Registering clients for corporate tax (CT) and value added tax (VAT).
* Monitoring VAT & CT returns date for clients and preparing VAT & CT returns for them on time as per Emarat Tax guidelines. Assisting clients in resolving tax disputes and negotiating settlements with tax authorities. Filing VAT refunds.
