We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team at SATILIFE BUILDING MATERIALS L.L.C. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence and ensuring exceptional service for our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Proactively identify and acquire new retail clients and business partners.
Sample Management: Deliver and present SATILIFE product samples to prospective and existing clients, ensuring they have the necessary materials for decision-making.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact to respond to client inquiries and provide technical product information.
Order Processing: Manage the end-to-end order process, including accurate data entry of client orders into the company system.
Payment Collection & Reporting: Ensure timely collection of payments and accurately record all financial transactions in the company system.
After-Sales Service: Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any after-sales issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License: Essential for performing field visits and sample deliveries.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills; proficiency in other languages relevant to the local market is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in building materials or B2B sales is highly preferred.
