SALES MANAGER — Industrial Components
Company
International procurement service for industrial clients. End-to-end support from request to shipment. Transparent operations and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
* Manage inbound requests from manufacturing/industrial clients: business calls/emails, clarify technical requirements, guide to payment.
* Reactivate existing accounts and expand within client organizations (via introductions to colleagues).
* Prepare quotations with accurate technical content (specification, part numbers; we do not select alternatives).
* Address price objections and “we’re thinking” situations; drive to decision.
* Coordinate with sourcing and logistics: supplier requests, terms alignment, delivery control.
* Run a portfolio of up to 100 active clients with clear prioritization and predictable follow-through.
* Use AI tools (ChatGPT) for emails, follow-ups, and call scripts.
Compensation & Support
* Compensation: base + KPI (% of sales)
* Salary: AED 10,000 – 20,000
* Enablement: product/market onboarding; script/template library; sourcing, after-sales, logistics and marketing support.
* Development: clear KPIs and career paths (Senior Sales Manager / Account Manager).
* Work setup: full-time, on-site (Dubai).
Candidate Profile
* ❗ **IMPORTANT: Only candidates with proven experience in industrial sales will be considered.
* 5+ years in B2B sales of industrial components/spare parts to manufacturing or industrial clients.
* Technical literacy: able to work with specifications and drawings, part/catalog numbers, materials and tolerances; careful handling of item lists.
* Experience communicating with client-side engineers/procurement and with manufacturers/distributors on the supply side.
* English — strong spoken & written; all client communication in English.
* End-to-end ownership of deals through to payment (phone/email).
* Business communication style, results and earnings orientation, learning mindset, relationship building.
Regional network across GCC industrial buyers/suppliers is a plus.
