Remote UAE & KSA Market

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with strong knowledge of the GCC construction market and experience in ConTech, engineering, BIM, software, or construction-related industries.

Please Do Not Apply If
* You only have retail or non-B2B sales experience
* You are not comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
* You do not have GCC market exposure

Responsibilities
* Perform professional B2B cold calls
* Handle and qualify marketing-generated leads
* Schedule demos and meetings with clients
* Follow up after demos and support deal closure
* Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
* Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and engineering companies

Requirements
* Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience
* Arabic & English communication skills
* GCC market experience is required
* Experience in lead qualification and sales follow-up
* Ability to communicate professionally with decision-makers
* Proven sales achievements and closing experience

Preferred
* Experience with CRM systems
* ConTech or engineering software background
* Experience dealing with GCC contractors or consultants
