Job Summary:
The Sales Executive – Modern Trade is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets across assigned Modern Trade accounts. The role focuses on strong in-store execution, ensuring high product availability and visibility, executing promotions, expanding product presence, and building strong, professional relationships with key retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure full distribution and high on-shelf availability across assigned Modern Trade stores, proactively preventing out-of-stock situations
• Execute planograms, promotions, and POS materials accurately to maximize visibility and share of shelf
• Maintain excellent shelf standards, pricing accuracy, and full compliance with company guidelines
• Achieve planned store coverage and visit frequency through disciplined call planning and execution
• Submit accurate and timely sales, stock, and execution reports, and provide relevant market and competitor insights
• Build strong, professional relationships with store teams while representing the company and brands to the highest standards
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• 2 – 4 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in the Modern Trade channel
• Strong understanding of in-store execution, merchandising standards, and promotion execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple stores and follow structured call plans
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with store teams and management
• Ability to analyze basic sales, stock, and execution data and report accurately
• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
