B2B Sales Representative (High-Performance Role)
Role Overview
This is a front-line sales role focused on winning new business.
You will be responsible for generating your own pipeline through cold calling, outreach, and client visits, converting opportunities into revenue, and driving projects through to completion and payment.
This is not an account management role.
You are expected to go out, create opportunities, and close them.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Generate leads through consistent cold calling and outreach
• Book and attend face-to-face client meetings
• Identify problems and position our services as the solution
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing strategies
• Negotiate and close deals
• Support operations post-sale to ensure delivery and payment
• Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting (weekly and monthly)
• Continuously look for new opportunities within existing clients
Core Skills Required (Non-Negotiable)
• UAE Driving Licence
• Time organisation and discipline
• You manage your own day, no one chases you
• Cold calling confidence
• You are comfortable picking up the phone daily and handling rejection
• Commercial awareness
• You understand value, pricing, and margins
• Problem solving
• You can assess a client need and translate it into a scoped solution
Communication and presence
• You can hold your own in front of decision-makers
What Success Looks Like
This role is measured by output, not activity for the sake of it:
• Monthly sales target: 100,000
• New client meetings: 15 per month
• Leads generated: Tracked weekly
• Cold calls made: Tracked daily
If you hit these, you will earn well.
If you don’t, this role will not suit you.
How We Work
Sales happens in the market, not behind a desk
• You are expected to be out meeting clients regularly
• Office time is for planning, reporting, and coordination only
• You are trusted to manage your time, but results are non-negotiable
• The role is 5 days per week, but responsiveness outside hours is expected when needed
