Job Summary

Royal Edge Marketing Management Company is looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, presenting the company's products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate sales opportunities.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services professionally.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert potential leads into successful sales through effective communication and negotiation.
- Follow up with interested clients to maintain engagement and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to improve sales performance.
- Follow company policies, sales procedures, and professional communication standards.

Requirements & Qualifications;

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and communicating with clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are an advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
