A leading Pillows and Mattresses Manufacturing & Supply Company is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive / Merchandiser to join our growing team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

📍 Job Location:
• Umm Al Quwain, UAE
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retail showrooms, hotels, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
• Promote and sell our premium range of pillows and mattresses.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and handle their requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and identify market trends.
• Travel across assigned territories to meet clients and close deals.
🎯 Job Requirements (Mandatory):
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience strictly in the same field (Mattresses, Pillows, Bedding, or Home Furniture/Textiles).
• License: Must possess a Valid UAE Driving License.
• Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a major plus).
• Traits: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
