Mortgage Consultant – UAE

About the Role
Crown Finance is looking for an experienced and target-driven Mortgage Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2+ years of experience in UAE mortgage sales, banking, financial services, or a related field, with a strong understanding of UAE mortgage products and the ability to convert leads into successful mortgage applications.
You will be responsible for advising clients on suitable mortgage solutions, generating business, developing referral relationships, and managing the mortgage process from initial enquiry through to approval and disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and convert mortgage leads into successful business opportunities.
* Understand clients' financial requirements and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
* Understand the products residential mortgages, ready-property finance, off-plan finance, refinancing/buyout, equity release and loan-against-property enquiries.
* Conduct client eligibility assessments based on income, liabilities, property value and financial profile.
* Explain mortgage eligibility, LTV, DSR, documentation, rates, fees and other relevant requirements.
* Build, follow up and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, property consultants, developers and direct clients, investors.
* Maintain accurate records of leads & meetings applications and follow-ups.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mortgage business.
* Stay updated on UAE mortgage products, lending criteria, bank policies and market developments.
Candidate Requirements
*1–2+ years of UAE mortgage sales experience preferred.
* Experience with UAE banks, mortgage brokers only
* Strong understanding of UAE mortgage processes and documentation.
* Proven ability to generate leads and convert enquiries into business.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
* Strong follow-up and closing abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Professional presentation and client-handling skills.
* Candidates with an existing network of real estate agents/property consultants will have an advantage.
* Candidates with UAE driving licence and own vehicle may be preferred.
