Zynetic is a full-stack EV charging company and a licensed Charge Point Operator (CPO), building next-generation EV charging infrastructure across Dubai.
We design, deploy, and operate AC and DC charging networks for real estate owners, hospitality groups, and fleet operators.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Sales Manager, based in Dubai, to drive the growth of our AC and DC EV charger partnerships and sales across the emirate. You will own the entire deal cycle — from generating and qualifying leads to negotiating commercials, structuring offers, and closing agreements — and remain the key point of contact for each project until it is live and operational.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new leads across real estate developers, property owners, hotels, malls, and commercial buildings.
2. Provide consultation on suitable charging solutions and DEWA compliance procedures.
3. Qualify and convert leads into signed partnerships for AC and DC EV charger installations.
4. Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and commercial presentations.
5. Structure and present proposals, pricing, and partnership models.
6. Lead commercial negotiations through to deal closure and agreement signing.
7. Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and legal teams to move projects from signing to go-live.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for each partner until the charging site is operational.
9. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and report on targets, conversions, and forecasts.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related discipline) preferred; or a degree in Business with strong technical aptitude.
2. 3–6 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution selling, ideally within EV charging, energy, electrical infrastructure, power, or a related technical sector.
3. Proven track record of lead generation, negotiation, and closing B2B deals.
4. Ability to understand and explain technical solutions — load requirements, charger specifications (AC/DC), and site feasibility — to both technical and non-technical clients.
5. Familiarity with DEWA processes, EV charging infrastructure, or CPO operations is a strong advantage (training provided).
6. Strong grasp of commercial structuring, pricing models, and the ability to present numbers with confidence.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
8. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle from lead to go-live.
9. Knowledge of the UAE real estate, hospitality, or fleet landscape is an advantage.
