Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing
Location:Dubai, UAE
Employment:** Full-Time | Remote + Field-Based
Salary: AED 4,000 + Attractive Sales Commission
Experience:** Minimum 2 Years
Blueline SEO is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business and expand our client base across Dubai and the UAE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, approaching potential clients, arranging meetings, presenting our digital marketing solutions, following up on proposals, and closing new business.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking, referrals, and other prospecting channels.
Identify and approach business owners and key decision-makers across the UAE.
Arrange online and face-to-face client meetings.
Present and sell SEO, Google Ads/PPC, social media marketing, web design & development, GEO/AI Search Optimization, and other digital marketing services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close new business.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and update all activities in the company CRM.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales/business development experience
Previous experience in a digital marketing, SEO, advertising, web development, or creative agency is strongly preferred
UAE sales experience is highly preferred.
Proven ability to independently generate leads and close new business.
Strong cold-calling, prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing services.
Excellent English communication skills.
UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle are an advantage.
Self-motivated, professional, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation & Benefits
ED 4,000 monthly basic salary.
Attractive sales commission on new business.

Professional meeting rooms/business centers provided when required.
Work Arrangement
This is initially a remote + field-based position. The employee will work remotely for prospecting and follow-ups and attend client meetings across Dubai and the UAE when required.
We are looking for a genuine **hunter and closer** who can independently develop opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Applicants with previous UAE digital marketing agency sales experience will be given priority.
