MSZ Consultancy
is seeking a results-driven Business Setup Consultant to guide local and international clients through UAE company formation, converting qualified enquiries into successful business setup projects.
This role suits
a target-driven sales professional who thrives on hitting revenue goals and building lasting client and referral relationships — you'll be expected to convert leads into clients from day one, not simply advise on process.
Key Responsibilities
● Advise clients on mainland, free-zone, and offshore company formation options.
● Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business structures and licence types.
● Conduct client consultations and prepare tailored proposals.
● Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business setup clients.
● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, PRO, Compliance) for smooth client onboarding.
● Develop referral partnerships and generate new business opportunities.
● Maintain regular client communication, providing timely updates and resolving concerns professionally.
● Support cross-selling of MSZ's broader services, including banking, accounting, tax, PRO, and Golden Visa services.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of UAE business setup or corporate services experience.
● Good knowledge of UAE licensing, free zone, and company formation procedures.
● Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
● Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
● Immediate availability is preferred.
Must-Have Skills
✔ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
✔ Working knowledge of UAE mainland, free-zone, and offshore company formation procedures.
Key Skills
● Strong consultative selling and client advisory skills.
● Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
● Ability to manage multiple client leads and proposals simultaneously.
● Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
