WE’RE HIRING: OFFICE & SALES MANAGER
Premium Hair Transplant Clinic | Dubai
We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Office & Sales Manager to join our growing hair transplant clinic in Dubai.
This is a key position for someone who can manage the clinic’s daily operations while driving patient consultations, conversions, and sales growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and front-office team
Lead and motivate the sales/consultation team to achieve monthly targets
Handle patient inquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and conversions
Convert leads into booked consultations and procedures
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Monitor leads, conversion rates, appointments, cancellations, and sales performance
Ensure excellent patient experience from first contact through treatment
Manage CRM and patient databases
Follow up with existing and potential patients through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
Coordinate closely with doctors, medical staff, and management
Train and supervise reception and sales staff
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve the clinic's sales process and profitability
👤 The Ideal Candidate
3+ years of experience in sales or clinic management
Experience in hair transplant, cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, dental, or medical tourism is highly preferred
Proven track record in sales and closing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong leadership and team-management abilities
Confident dealing with high-value clients
Professional, ambitious, organized, and target-oriented
Excellent English communication skills
Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage
Strong knowledge of Dubai's medical/aesthetic market is a plus
