A company is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise, motivate, and coordinate store staff.
Monitor stock levels, receiving, storage, and replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product presentation.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Monitor sales performance and work toward achieving store targets.
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and management when required.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall store standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of inventory and retail/store operations.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-service abilities.
Basic computer and MS Office skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Candidates with UAE experience are preferred.
Relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.
