Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate video and photography shoots with clients.
Attend production shoots and ensure everything runs according to plan.
Prepare production schedules, call sheets, and shooting timelines.
Communicate client requirements clearly to the creative and production teams.
Follow up with clients throughout the project until final delivery.
Coordinate revisions and approvals.
Assist in planning project timelines and managing deadlines.
Handle project documentation, quotations, and production updates.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
