Business Development & Sourcing Manager – Food Trading

Salary
AED 5,000 – AED 8,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives
About the Role
Euto General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Business Development & Sourcing Manager to drive business growth and expand our supplier and customer network across the UAE and international markets.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE/GCC food trading industry, with proven expertise in sourcing suppliers, developing new buyers, negotiating commercial deals, and managing B2B business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
Source reliable suppliers from India and other international markets.
Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, distributors, and retail chains.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements with buyers and suppliers.
Source new food products based on market demand and profitability.
Follow up on leads received through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, trade platforms, and exhibitions.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Conduct market research to identify new products, suppliers, and business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, business proposals, and sales reports.
Work closely with the Managing Director to achieve monthly and annual business growth targets.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC Food Trading Industry.
Strong network of buyers and suppliers within the UAE/GCC market.
Proven experience in Business Development, Supplier Sourcing, Procurement, and B2B Sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strong knowledge of import/export and international trade procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Fluency in English is mandatory. Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, or Malayalam is an advantage.
UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
