Hiring: Sales Manager. Car Showroom (Dubai)
We are a Dubai based car showroom looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Train, motivate, and monitor sales staff performance
• Develop sales strategies to increase vehicle sales
• Handle customer negotiations and support the team in closing deals
• Follow up with customers and improve sales conversion
• Coordinate with finance partners for customer car finance requirements
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a sales Manager in the automotive industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good knowledge of car sales and customer handling
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales goals
• Good communication and negotiation skills
