Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing quotations, attending client meetings, attend project enquires, coordinating with sales team, managing marketing campaigns, maintaining records, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales and marketing activities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Update and manage customer databases, and sales records.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and project progress.
Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
Manage social media and digital marketing activities when required.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
UAE experience is preferred.
