We are a fit-out and interior contracting company specializing in commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. We deliver high-quality turnkey solutions and are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior contracting sector.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and project stakeholders.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of sales/business development experience in fit-out, interiors, construction, or related industries.
Strong network within the commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and project lifecycle is an advantage.
