What You Will Do
- Reach out to holiday homes operators across Dubai and build genuine relationships
- Connect with real estate brokers and offer our furnishing service as a referral partnership
- Approach building management, developers and property managers to create ongoing partnerships
- Follow up consistently and professionally until deals are closed
- Report daily and meet weekly with the founder
This Role Is For You If:
- You are based in Dubai and ready to start soon
- You are fresh or early in your career and hungry to prove yourself
- You communicate confidently and build rapport naturally
- You are self-disciplined — because this is fully remote with no office
- You don't need to be micromanaged — you need to be guided and you run with it
- You want commission on top of salary because you back yourself to perform
Big Plus If You Have:
🚗 Valid UAE Driving License
🏠 Experience in holiday homes, property management, real estate or hospitality
Existing contacts in the Dubai property or short-term rental market
What We Offer
- AED 5,000 fixed salary during 3-month probation
- 5% commission on every project you bring in — no cap
