We are hiring Female Relationship Managers. The Relationship Manager plays a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of the company's client base.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the Team Leaders, address and resolve client queries .
2)Educate prospective clients about the Forex industry, market opportunities, and assist them throughout the account opening and onboarding process.
3)Ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded and regularly updated in the CRM system.
4)Stay up to date with market trends and economic developments to provide clients with relevant market insights and support.
5)Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Leader on lead status, client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
