We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and lead our sales operations in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead and support the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
5+ years of sales management experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE market.
Fluency in English
