# Junior Recruitment Consultant
**Location:** JLT, Dubai
**Experience:** 1–3 years
**Salary:** Competitive + Commission
Lincoln AIM is a growing recruitment business specialising in technology, quantitative finance, and engineering talent across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
We're looking for an ambitious Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing experience who wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment.
## What You'll Be Doing
* Identifying and engaging high-quality candidates
* Building relationships with clients and candidates
* Conducting candidate interviews and screening calls
* Managing recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer stage
* Learning how to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
* Supporting senior consultants on retained and contingency searches
* Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and recruitment systems
## What We're Looking For
* 1–3 years of recruitment, sales, business development, or customer service experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Fluent English required
